“Lindsay and Sam started talking as soon as Lindsay got out of rehab. They text constantly,” a friend tells the Queens. “It turned into more and they’ve secretly hooked up.”

And it seems the former felon plans to stay sober and make it work with Sam this time – She was spied at the famed NYC restaurant, ‘The Lion’ – a speakeasy-style eatery on West 9th Street in the Village. And she wasn’t drinking.

“Lindsay’s past behavior was the reason Sam ended things,” says the snitch. “But if Lindsay continues to do well, it will be back on between them. Sam still loves her.”

But Lohan’s not done with all the hurdles yet – her other big flaw before rehab was pills. And that got so bad, the Medical Board of California are now investigating the doctors who wrote her prescriptions.

In July, Lindsay’s dad, Michael, sent a letter to California’s Attorney General, seeking an investigation into ‘the unscrupulous doctors who over-prescribe medications.” The AG then consulted the state’s medical board and they launched an inquiry.

During her brief stay in rehab, Lohan was told she’d been misdiagnosed with ADHD, and thus given medications she didn’t really need. But that’s just the tip of the problem;

Prior to rehab she’d also been taking the painkiller ‘Dilaudid,’ a powerful stimulant called ‘Adderall’ for the ADHD, the acid-reflux medication ‘Nexium,’ no less than two anti-depressants – ‘Zoloft’ and ‘Trazodone.’ and the sleep-aid ‘Ambien.’

And then she’d go to clubs and start drinking…It’s a wonder she’s even alive.

The medical board only make inquiries public if they decide to press charges. And that can take months. We’ll update you if or when they decide to proceed with this case…

 ”People were pouring vodka into her red party cup all night,” a guest tells OK!  “She was way beyond incoherent. She was totally smashed and couldn’t even form a sentence. She looked so lonely and lost.” Lindsay stayed at the get-together until just before 3 AM and then moved on to her next pre-dawn party.

And it doesn’t look like Sam and Lindsay will be anywhere near each other this entire weekend, as Ronson is spending Saturday night DJing at club mur.mur at the Borgata in Atlantic City, NJ.

“Providing that she was contractually free, we would take a meeting,” he added.

Lindsay Lohan would love to sign up with IMG, a top modeling agency that has been home to Kate Moss, Tyra Banks and Naomi Campbell. She said this in a reccent interview with OK. Also the agency would be happy to take lindsay as a model.

Aside from a squadron of police cars keeping paparazzi at bay, a trio of women paid a visit Saturday evening for an apparent counseling session.

The threesome arrived around 7:15 and left about an hour later. When asked how their meeting with Lohan went, one of the women, who identified herself as a longtime friend, replied, “Good.” Asked how Lohan was doing, the woman repeated, “Good.  Story

“The $50,000 warrant issued by the Beverly Hills Superior Court for the arrest of Lindsay Lohan for Driving Under the Influence and Hit and Run in 2007. Police also said that The circumstances leading to the issuance of the warrant by the court are not readily available at this time. It is our hope that Ms. Lohan will surrender herself so that this matter will be resolved in a timely manner.”

Whether or not it is, though, let’s assume for a moment that we are looking at the real deal. Are you digging the discolike glow that surrounds Linds à la Xanadu? And what’s up with that red “Y” bleeding into the “H”? Is that supposed to have some profound meaning, or is it just there to be artsy-fartsy?
Personally, we think she might simply be trying to channel her inner Barbarella in hopes of stealing the title role in the rumored remake away from Rose McGowan.

Though lately they haven’t been able to stay in one place for more than a few days,  Lindsay Lohan and  Samantha Ronson enjoyed a couple of low-key days together in LA over the weekend.
The “Labor Pains” babe and her bleached blonde girlfriend were spotted out and about on Saturday, making their way to the Arclight Cinemas to take in a showing of the new Ben Stiller/Jack Black comedy “Tropic Thunder.”
Then yesterday (August 17th) the crimson-haired hottie and her deejay gal pal decided to get some fresh air on a neighborhood walk near Lindsay’s home.
In related news, Courtenay Semel recently told press that she was ousted from LiLo’s life when Ronson came along.  “Everyone thinks Samantha is Lindsay’s first lesbian love, but we were very passionate until her fear of being found out drove us apart.”
And a friend of Semel’s confirmed the report in a recent tabloid story. “From the start Lindsay was very confused about her feelings… both of them would do lines of cocaine in the toilets then head home and fall into bed together.”
