    What You Need

    1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
    1 can  (15 oz.) chili
    1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    2 Tbsp.  chopped cilantro
    Make It


    SPREAD
    cream cheese onto bottom of microwaveable pie plate; top with chili and Cheddar cheese.

    MICROWAVE on HIGH 45 sec. to 1 min. or until Cheddar cheese is melted. Sprinkle with cilantro.

    SERVE with assorted NABISCO Crackers and cut-up fresh vegetables.

    What You Need

    1 lb. whole frozen or fresh green beans, ends trimmed
    1   red pepper, cut into thin strips
    1 yellow pepper, cut into thin strips
    1 large  onion, cut into thin strips
    1/2 cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
    1/2 cup  KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
    Make It


    PREHEAT
    oven to 400°F. Toss vegetables with dressing in large roasting pan.

    BAKE
    30 min. or until vegetables are tender, stirring after 15 min.

    SPRINKLE
    with cheese. Bake an additional 2 to 3 min. or until cheese is melted.

    What You Need

    1-1/2 cups cold milk
    1 pkg.  (4-serving size) JELL-O Chocolate Instant Pudding
    1 OREO Pie Crust (6 oz.)
    2 cups  thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, divided
    Make It

    POUR milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 min. or until well blended. Spoon half of the pudding into crust.

    GENTLY stir 1 cup of the whipped topping into remaining pudding; spoon over pudding layer in crust.

    TOP with the remaining 1 cup whipped topping. Refrigerate at least 3 hours. Store any leftover pie in refrigerator.

    What You Need

    1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
    2 Tbsp.  (1/2 of 1-1/4-oz. pkg.) TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Taco Seasoning Mix
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1   each: green and red pepper, cut into strips
    1 cup frozen corn
    1-1/2 cups  TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Thick ‘N Chunky Salsa
    1 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese
    Make It

    TOSS chicken with seasoning and flour in slow cooker. Stir in vegetables and salsa; cover.

    COOK
    on LOW 6 to 8 hours (or on HIGH 3 to 4 hours); stir. Top with cheese.

    What You Need

    1 lb. lean ground beef
    6   RITZ Crackers, finely crushed
    1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
    3/4 cup  spaghetti sauce, divided
    12 KRAFT Cheddar Cheese Cubes
    4   hot dog buns, partially split
    Make It

    PREHEAT oven to 400ºF. Mix meat, cracker crumbs, Parmesan cheese and 1/4 cup of the spaghetti sauce in medium bowl. Shape into twelve meatballs, using about 2 Tbsp. meat mixture for each.

    PLACE, 2 inches apart, in shallow baking pan sprayed with cooking spray. Press 1 cheese cube deeply into center of each meatball.

    BAKE 14 min. or until meatballs are cooked through (160ºF). Meanwhile, microwave remaining 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce in small microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 sec. or until heated through (adult assisted).

    SPOON sauce evenly into buns. Fill each with three meatballs.

    What You Need

    1 cup spaghetti sauce
    1/2 cup  water
    2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
    3/4 lb.  (3/4 of 1-lb. pkg.) frozen cooked meatballs (1-1/2 inch)
    4 crusty sandwich rolls, split
    3/4 cup  KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
    Make It

    COMBINE first 4 ingredients in large skillet. Bring to boil on medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.

    SIMMER on medium heat 8 min. or until meatballs are heated through, stirring occasionally.

    SPOON into rolls; top with mozzarella.

    What You Need

    1 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg.  (1-1/4 oz.) TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Taco Seasoning Mix
    12 TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Taco Shells
    3/4 cup  TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Thick ‘N Chunky Salsa
    3/4 cup BREAKSTONE’S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
    1 can  (2-1/4 oz.) sliced pitted ripe olives
    Make It

    MIX meat and seasoning mix. Shape into 36 (1-inch) balls; place in 15×10x1-inch baking pan.

    BAKE at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through. Fill each taco shell with 1 meatball; drizzle with salsa. Top with 2 meatballs dipped in sour cream. Garnish with olives to make “eyeballs.”

    Substitute

    What You Need

    2 slices whole wheat bread
    3 slices  OSCAR MAYER Smoked Ham
    1 KRAFT Singles
    1 Tbsp.  MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
    1 lettuce leaf
    Make It

    COVER 1 of the bread slices with ham and Singles. Spread with dressing; top with lettuce. Secure with plastic toothpick, if desired.

    CUT sandwich into coffin shape using coffin template and sharp knife. (Click here for template.) For a more durable template, trace the template onto a piece of cardboard and cut out.
