Dubai: People across the UAE are preparing to celebrate Eid Al Fitr, and this year there are many options for the holiday.
As part of the “Eid in Dubai” celebrations, the Dubai Shopping Festival Office will be creating an Eid celebration district in Dubai Festival City.
Families across the emirates are also rushing to buy new clothes and jewellery for the special occasion.
Dubai Police are calling on the public to follow safety and security rules when driving, swimming, camping and sailing.
The Abu Dhabi Traffic Department will intensify patrols to ensure safety during Eid.

Eid Al Fitr prayer timings

Eid Al Fitr prayer will be held at 6.30am in Dubai and Sharjah. (Add 4 minutes for Abu Dhabi, deduct 4 minutes for RAK and 6 minutes for Fujairah).
