3 The method is used is little bit tricky like I used to take green tea as an alternative to meals. For example at breakfast time, many people try to eat snacks as they have to rush towards their offices. So the best step is to take full glass of green tea instead of your breakfast.
4 At office, at 12 pm, instead of taking tea or coffee I prefer taking green tea. Don’t get addicted to this ingredient; just use it like bread and butter.
5 Similarly during evening, a cup of warm green tea is highly recommended.
