Last week every one saw when Miley was slanting her eyes with her fingers and was fooling around with her pals.
That turned her to be accused of racism even though she had apologized by saying that she meant no harm and it was just a joke and had nothing to do with any racist remarks.
Also Miley said “I have learned a valuable lesson from this and know that sometimes my actions can be unintentionally hurtful. I know everything is a part of GOD’s ultimate plan, and mistakes happen so that eventually I will become the woman he aspires me to be,” She wrote in her apology message. “I want to thank all of my fans for their support not only this week, but always! I really wanted to stress how sorry I am if the photo of me with my friends offended anyone.”
Now Lucie J. Kim has filed suit in Superior Court against Miley Cyrus, on behalf of every Asian Pacific Islander in Los Angeles County. Ms. Kim is asking for the minimum amount that can be awarded for a civil rights violation – $4,000 for each person, totaling in four billion dollars!
Ms. Kim says , that when Miley posed for the photo, she “knew or should have known that her image would be publicly disseminated via the media, which Cyrus knew focused on her private life.”
